How do i cancel my order?

The order will be automatically canceled if you do not complete the payment within 1 x 24 hours after the order is placed. The order cannot be canceled if you have completed the payment.

What if the product I receive doesn’t match my order?

Please submit a product exchange request to infotargetfit@gmail.com including the following information: invoice number, full name, telephone number, complaint details, and a photo of the product received. Exchange requests must be made within 1 x 24 hours from the time the product arrives at the delivery address.

What if the item I received is damaged?

Please report this to infotargetfit@gmail.com by including the following information: invoice number, full name, telephone number, complaint details, and photos of the product received. Damaged goods report must be made within 1 x 24 hours from the date the item arrived at the delivery address.

What if my item doesn’t arrive?

by including the following information: invoice number, full name, telephone number, and complaint details. Report of missing items must be made within 5 days from the date the order was supposed to be received at the delivery address. After receiving the complaint, TARGETFIT will contact the Buyer to discuss the form of resolution that can be done.
